PLM to Adopt Nashville Rules for July 13

Montgomery Motor Speedway will be adopting the Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville rules for Pro Late Models beginning with the July 13 event at Montgomery Motor Speedway. The only exceptions to the Nashville rule book is mufflers, which are NOT mandatory at Montgomery. THE HOOSIER F40 Tire will be used as well.

New class to provide plenty of excitement in the new season.

The Bomber division will debut at MMS in 2012

A new entry-level, low-cost division, the Bombers, will debut at Montgomery Motor Speedway in 2012.

MONTGOMERY, AL (February 11, 2012) – The 2012 season is shaping up to be full of excitement at Montgomery Motor Speedway. All of the action-packed divisions from last year will be returning, including the Pro Late Model, Street Stock, Mini-Mod, Buzz, and Super Stock. The Modified and Truck divisions will also be returning to the half-mile speed plant. All of those divisions will be accompanied by a new beginner division in the 2012 season. The division will consist of low-cost, easy-to-build cars. The rules will be identical to those used in the popular Bomber division at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, FL. At Five Flags, the division consistently has the largest car-counts from week to week, as well as providing the fans with incredible racing action. “This entry level class of racing is fun and easy on the pocket books, “ Montgomery Motor Speedway General Manager, Chris Carter had to say, “they put on an awesome show as well.” The Bomber division will debut April 21, 012 at Montgomery Motor Speedway, accompanied by the Modified division running a 50 lap special, as well as the Street Stock and Buzz divisions.
